You will sign up for an initial  12 week block. This gives us clear structure & focus of how we build your training & habits.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I JOIN?

I'm going to give you support like never before. We're in this together.

1. I wil send you a short questionairre to get to know more about you & your goals

2. I will get to work on setting up your strength programme & other targets, which will be ready for you in under 48 hours.
You will be sent an invite to download the training app &  your individual welcome pack explaining everything.

3. Based on what you tell me I will schedule all your workouts, tasks & nutrition targets into the app.

4. Book in a time for out first 1-1 check in call to make sure you're settling in, things are going to plan & any areas that need tweeking or more support 

WHAT'S IT GONNA COST ME...

£139.00 per month
£399 paid in full

After the initial 12 weeks their is the option to carry on with the same coaching style, move to the 'STRONGER' programme or spread your wings & go off on your own.  

If you're not happy in your first 2 weeks I'll give you your money back!
