One on One/Two on One Live Video Personal Training

This can be done on whatever platform you're most comfortable with (ie Facebook Messenger, Zoom, Whatsapp etc.). If you would like to train with a friend or two this doesn't have to stop just because of the current situation, in fact I would encourage it more than ever. All we do is simply start a group call (again on whatever platform you prefer) and away we go! Absolutely no equipment is required but if you do have some available (ie weights, bands) it can be incorporated into the sessions. Please get in touch for prices for a personal training session. Group Fitness Sessions

We are currently running three different group sessions per week via Zoom. Zoom is really easy to use. You will be given a code to enter the 'meeting' and that's basically all you have to do (apart from work hard!). All these classes are suitable for everyone. It doesn't matter what fitness level you are as they offer lots of different alternatives. Please get in touch for prices.

6 Week at Home Training Plan

After a free initial consultation to go over a few questions & talk about the what, when and why of your health goals, and current fitness levels, we will put together a 100% personal exercise programme for you to do in your own time. The programme will be delivered via Physiapp. A really easy to use app with video demonstrations and descriptions of each exercise. A video call can be arranged before you start the programme to go over any techniques that you are unsure of. We will check in with you on a regular basis throughout the 6 weeks.

Weekly Membership

As with the 6 week programme these will be 100% personal to you and your goals and delivered via Physiapp. However if you are someone that likes to change things up more regular & needs that extra bit of motivation, this could be for you. Your programme will change each week with progressive overload to ensure you are getting the most out of your workouts. You will will also receive some delicious meal ideas and your daily calorie needs for your goal. Please get in touch for prices.

Complete Package

As the name suggests this really gives you it all. You will get one personal training session per week, your own programme to do in your own time, access to all group classes, calorie and macro breakdown and some lovely jubbly meal ideas. As with the weekly membership, you will have regular support from Selina & access to the private online facebook group for support. Please get in touch for prices.
