What is Active August?

How about I tell you what it ISN'T first?

This is not a fat loss challenge, trying to get you as lean as possible, starving yourself & constantly steeping on the scales. If fat loss is a goal of yours, that's cool & this will definitely help, but we will be focusing more on processes than results and the feelings rather than the asthetics.
You will most likely find that once you become more active & focus on what is going in your body, rather than what's not, fat loss will occur & feeling good & looking good can go hand in hand.

Mid year slump?
Now whether you're in the Northern or the Southern hemisphere it's a funny time of year for fitness. 

I get it.

Summer brings it's challenges of social events, BBQ's & booze, kids on holiday limiting your time.

Not a problem! All of the workouts can be structured around your schedule & available time.
Train when & where you like.

Winter blues got you? Guess what? You're not going to feeling any better curling up on the sofa day after day doing nothing & summer is coming. It's time to get moving.
Having a structure & lots of accountability is just what we all need.
