This program will give you simple, effective daily actions with a clear plan to follow, no more confusion & overwhelm!
I'm going to tell you exactly what to do!
We will focus on fueling your body well so you can feel, perform, and look your best.
I want you to set a big goal for after the of the 28 days—whether it's climbing a mountain, running, having the confidence to hit the gym, or fitting into THE dress.

WHAT INVOLVED?
WEEK 1- MAKE & BREAK
The first 7 days we will focus on breaking down some of your less helpful habits & replacing them with helpful ones to take you towards where you want to be!
You will be given a daily move task & a weekly strength plan to follow throughout the 28 days.​

WEEK 2- FESS UP
Here we will have a big focus on nutrition by tracking your food & drink. This is not only about fat loss, it's about being more aware of what you're putting in your mouth so you can feel great!
This will be strict with what you need to hit but not restrictive!
It's more about what you can add to your diet than remove!

WEEK 3- ZZZZ WEEK​​
We all know how important sleep is but we don't seem to think any thought needs to go into it.
Spoiler-It does!
You will set yourself a bed time & wake time that works for you & just wait & see how much easier your life gets & much more relaxed you feel.
You will also be given an updated strength programme to ensure you're progressing.

Time to bring it all together & start the rest of your life. We will arrange our 1-1 check in call to review the 28 days & make a plan for the future to build on this!
